Leonard Ngwu, known as Tooy is a Nigerian musician. He is an Afro/Afrosoul singer and songwriter. Tooy was born 2 June 1999 in Enugu state, In 2020, he signed a record deal with I.N.B.G. Leonard Ngwu was born into a Christian family in Enugu State, and he grew up singing both in school and church.
Furthermore, Tooy has been consistently growing in the Nigeria music industry since 2017 and he doesn’t seem to cool off soon.
